Research Progress of Maximal Oxygen Uptake and Its Derivative Indexes

摘要 近一个世纪以来,在研究者们关注如何通过训练提高有氧运动能力的过程中,对优秀运动员有氧耐力的评价方法逐渐成熟并应用于训练实践。在众多研究中,最大摄氧量及其派生指标(V.O2max、v V.O2max和tl i m v V.O2max)以及经济性(efficiency)这几个与耐力素质密切相关的生理生化指标得到越来越多学者的关注。本文针对以上指标,从其定义、测试方法和训练应用情况加以介绍。 For a century,researchers have been focused on how to enhance the aerobic ability of athletes.The evaluation method of aerobic endurance of elite athletes is becoming mature and has been applied in training.For endurance sports,three main factors maximal oxygen consumption(V·O2max、vV ·O2max and tlimvV ·O2max)and efficiency(i.e.the oxygen cost to generate a give running speed or cycling power output) appear to play key roles in endurance performance and gain more attention of the scholars.The paper reviews the definition,evaluation method and training application.
