高职院校体育师资队伍的现状与建设对策研究

The Status Quo and Development Strategies of P.E.Teachers in Vocational College

采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对高职院校体育师资队伍的数量、结构,体育教师的教学、科研、职后培训、职业认知态度、工作环境和生活状况等进行了调查分析。结果表明,体育师资队伍的整体精神面貌是积极向上的,他们热爱体育工作,有一定的事业心和责任感,工作环境、生活状况不断改善,中青年教师已成为体育教学的主要力量。存在的问题是教师数量不足,学历结构不均衡,职称结构不合理,教师理论水平和科研意识不强,教师在职培训力度不大,体育教改成果不理想。针对存在的问题,提出了体育师资队伍建设的对策及建议。

With the method of literature review,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematics statistics,this paper researches the number,structure,teaching,research,job training,cognition attitude,working environment and living conditions of PE teachers in vocational schools.The results show that the overall spirit of the PE teacher is positive.They have passion,dedication and sense of responsibility on their job.Their working and living conditions are improving.Middle-aged and young teachers are become the mainstay in the P.E.teaching.There are also some existing problems,such as the inadequate teachers,imbalanced education background,improper structure of professional title,insufficient academic level and scientific research awareness,inadequate on-job training and unsatisfactory achievement in P.E.reform.To address these problems,the paper proposes some countermeasures and proposals on enhance the ability of P.E.teachers.
