摘要 钠葡萄糖共转运体2(SGLT2)在葡萄糖跨膜重吸收过程中起重要作用。不同物种的SGLT2具有较高的同源性。动物的年龄、健康状况、肝细胞核因子1α、三磷酸腺苷、Cd2+、心钠素、内皮素3、血管紧张素Ⅱ、肾上腺素对SGLT2的表达起调节作用。近年来研究发现,SGLT2的突变与糖尿存在明显的关系,已发现达21个突变位点。SGLT2抑制剂近来也为人们所研究,已有多种药物在临床试验阶段。 SGLT2 plays an important role in the process of glucose transmembrane reabsorption.SGLT2 in different species has approximately 670-673 amino acids,with a high homology.SGLT2 expression is regulated by age and health of animal,hepatocyte nuclear factor1α,ATP and Cd2+,atrial natriuretic peptide,endothelin 3,angiotensin Ⅱ,and adrenaline.Recently researchers have discovered the evident relation between SGLT2 mutations and glucosuria,including 21 mutant sites.SGLT2 antagonist has also been researched and many drugs are in clinical trial stage.
