摘要 骨形态发生蛋白7(BMP-7)作为一种成骨蛋白,是转化生长因子β超家族的成员。BMP-7起初被认为具有诱导骨的生成,随后发现其具有明显的肾脏保护作用。在肾脏发育过程中,BMP-7可以诱导输尿管芽的发生及肾小球的形成。此外,在肾脏疾病中BMP-7可以通过Smad通路拮抗转化生长因子β诱导的肾小管上皮细胞间充质转分化,而在肾脏纤维化、糖尿病肾病等肾脏疾病中发挥重要作用。 As an osteogenic protein,bone morphogenetic protein-7(BMP-7)is a member of the transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)superfamily.BMP-7 was regarded to play important roles in induction of bone formation initially,subsequent research reveal its role in renoprotection.In the development of kidney,BMP-7 can induce the genesis of ureteric duct and glomeruli.In addition,BMP-7 can protect kidney by antagonist EMT induced by TGF-β through Smad pathway in kidney disease,such as renal fibrosis,diabetic nephropathy and etc.
