摘要 间充质干细胞(MSCs)被认为是最有希望治疗多种疾病的一种非造血组织的多能干细胞,具有多向分化潜能,已被证明在临床应用中具有很大的潜能,但是其向靶组织器官归巢率低,且MSCs归巢后的分布和分化直接影响其应用。因此,进一步明确MSCs的归巢机制及归巢的影响因素有助于将MSCs更好地用于临床治疗。 Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are non-hematopoietic multipotent stem cells possessing multidifferentiation potential,have deemed as the most promising stem cells for the treatment of a variety of diseases,and have demonstrated significant potential for clinical use,but their low rate of homing to target tissues and organs limit the therapeutic efficacy and the distribution and diferentiation of MSCs after homing directly influence their application when they are used in stem cell therapy.Thus,further research of MSC homing mechanisms and homing factor may lead to the development of therapies with the potential to promote clinical applications of MSCs.
