树突状细胞(DC)是机体内最强大的抗原递呈细胞,具有诱导特异性的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞生成的特殊功能。随着肿瘤学、免疫学及分子生物学的进步,人们对DC的认识不断深入。大量研究表明,DC在调控机体的免疫应答以及抗肿瘤过程中具有至关重要的作用。以DC为基础的肿瘤免疫治疗以及DC疫苗等方面在临床应用取得显著进展,其作为肿瘤治疗手段展示了良好的应用前景。

Dendritic cell is the most potent professional antigen presenting cells in human,which can induce specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte.Along with the rapid progress of the oncology,the immunology and the molecular biology,people have studied in a deepgoing way on DC cells.Many reserches have been demonstrated that DC cells play a very vital role on antitumor immune response.Tumor immunotherapy based on DC and DC bacterin have made headway in clinical application,which will open vast vistas in oncotherapy.
