摘要
对紫苏(Perillafrutescensvar.arguta)植物叶片及种子进行了化学成分分析,结果表明,紫苏叶片中粗蛋白含量较高,为28%,β-胡萝卜素含量为24.7mg/kg,全株挥发油含量为0.22%~2.70%;紫苏种子油脂肪酸中α-亚麻酸含量为62.9%,研究结果为合理开发利用我国野生紫苏植物资源提供了重要依据。
