摘要
对紫苏（Ｐｅｒｉｌｌａｆｒｕｔｅｓｃｅｎｓｖａｒ．ａｒｇｕｔａ）植物叶片及种子进行了化学成分分析，结果表明，紫苏叶片中粗蛋白含量较高，为２８％，β－胡萝卜素含量为２４．７ｍｇ／ｋｇ，全株挥发油含量为０．２２％～２．７０％；紫苏种子油脂肪酸中α－亚麻酸含量为６２．９％，研究结果为合理开发利用我国野生紫苏植物资源提供了重要依据。
