摘要 强直性脊柱炎是一种原因不明的以中轴关节慢性炎症为主的自身免疫性疾病,其主要累及中轴关节。磁共振成像(MR I)可以发现和监测脊柱和骶髂关节活动性病变,比其它影像学检查具有更高的敏感性。强直性脊柱炎也累及外周关节和附着点,MR I也可监测其病情活动。同时,MR I可以预测强直性脊柱炎治疗前后中轴关节病变的发生、发展及转归,及时评价药物疗效并预测预后,为临床用药提供依据。近年来,MR I新技术的不断出现,使其评估强直性脊柱炎取得了相当大的进展,本文就此予以综述。 Ankylosing spondylitis is an unknown cause disease,which is a chronic inflammatory arthritis and autoimmune disease in axial joints and mainly involves in axial joints.MRI can identify and monitor the active inflammation of the spine and sacroiliac joints.Ankylosing spondylitis affects the peripheral joints and the enthesis,too,and MRI can monitor these activities,too.At the same time,MRI can be used to evaluate occurrence,development and prognosis of axial joints in Ankylosing spondylitis before and after the treatment,evaluate the drug efficacy and predict of prognosis in time,providing evidence for clinical medication.In recent years,new technologies of MRI had been developing very rapidly,and considerable progress in evaluation of ankylosing spondylitis with MRI has been made,and this article reviewed these progresses.
