摘要
目的分析耐多药肺结核(TB)患者经氧氟沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗前后血清干扰素γ(IFNγ-)和白细胞介素(IL-10)水平的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测86例耐多药肺结核患者经氧氟沙星联合卷曲霉素治疗前后IFNγ-和IL-10水平,并与正常对照组比较。结果治疗前,耐多药肺结核患者IL-10活性水平较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),IFNγ-活性水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者IL-10活性水平较化疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组患者IFNγ-活性水平较化疗前明显增高(P<0.05),并且IFNγ-和IL-10水平与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 IFNγ-及IL-10在对抗结核分枝杆菌感染的反应中发挥着重要的作用,为结核病的治疗带来新的希望和突破。
Objective To analysis the changes of IFN-γand IL-10′s value of the patients who were Resisted to many medicine with tuberculosis(TB)before and after the treatment of levofloxacin joint curly amphotericin.Methods To check the value of IFN-γ(interferon γ)and interleukin(IL)-10)before and after the patients who were resisted to many medicine with TB treatment about levofloxacin joint curly amphotericin by adopting enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay,and comparing with the control group.Results Before treatment,the activity value of IL-10 on the patients who were resisted to many medicine with TB is obviously higher than the sample in the control group,which the activity value of IFN-γon the patients who were resisted to many medicine with TB is obviously lower than the sample in the control group.After treatment,the activity value of IL-10 is obviously lower than that of before,and the activity value of IFN-γ is obviously higher than that of before,what′s more,there is no obviously difference of the value of IFN-γand IL-10 between treatment group and control.Conclusion IFN-γand IL-10 play important roles in the anti-mycobacterium TB infection reaction,bring hope and breakthrough for TB treatment.
