摘要
"双师型"师资队伍建设是高职教育培养符合社会经济发展需要的高素质技能型专门人才的现实要求。为保障示范院校"双师型"师资队伍建设的顺利进行,必须建立起相应的保障机制。在"双师型"师资队伍保障机制中,核心是认定和准入机制,重点是聘任和提升机制,关键是考核和评价机制,动力是奖励和退出机制。
The establishment of "double-quality" teachers team in vocational colleges conforms to the demand of the social and economic development for high quality and skilled professionals.To establish the "double-quality" teachers team,it is vital to build up the related safeguard system.The essence of it is the recognition and admission system,the focus is appointment and promotion system,the key is assessment system and the motivation is reward and withdrawal system.
