摘要
讨论了作为强力甲板的大跨度甲板板架的纵向受压稳定性计算方法,指出传统的线性计算方法偏于保守。提出了大跨度甲板板架的稳定性分析和优化设计思路,并以某大跨度简单板架为例采用非线性方法进行了纵骨与强横梁的组合优化分析。实例证明了在保证甲板稳定性的前提下,适当提高纵骨刚度可以较大程度的降低横梁必要刚度,从而减轻结构重量,提高材料利用率。
Calculation methods of longitudinal buckling strength are discussed for long-span deck structure regarded as strength deck.It is pointed out that traditional linear calculation is inclined to be conservative.Strategies of buckling analysis and optimum design are provided for the long-span deck structure.As an example the combination of longitudinal and beams is optimized for a simple deck with long-span.Example prove that on the premise of stability of the deck,properly increase of the longitudinal stiffness could decrease sharply the traverse necessary stiffness,so that the weight of the structure can be reduced,and material utilization can be promoted.
