麻疹150例流行病学和临床分析

The epidemiology and clinical analysis on 150 measles cases

目的探讨2005～2010年度麻疹的流行病学及临床特点。方法对本院收治的150例麻疹患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 150例麻疹患者(男性102例,女性48例),男女人数比例为2.13∶1,年龄4个月至43岁,全部为本市户籍人员,发病集中于春末至初秋季节,患者发热、皮疹、麻疹黏膜斑等临床表现明显,血清麻疹病毒IgM抗体阳性率为79.33%。结论麻疹患者可能与麻疹疫苗接种不规范或接种疫苗后抗体滴度下降等因素有关,适当提前麻疹疫苗的初免年龄和对适龄儿童进行强化免疫,以及早诊断、早治疗、早隔离麻疹患者是防治麻疹的积极有效的方法。

Objective To study Epidemiology for Measles and clinical characteristics from 2005 to 2010.Methods Clinical data of150 measles patients treated in our Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results 150 measles patients（male 102,female 48）,The ratio of males to females was 2.13∶1,The least ages of patient was 4 months and the oldest was 43 years,all have this locality household register,the prevalent time about Measles is from late spring to early autumn.The antibody positive rate of serum Measles Virus IgM was 79.33%.Conclusion Measles patients may be closely related to Irregular vaccinating People against measles or decreased antibody titers after vaccination.Patient s were characterized by fever,skin rashes,measles membrane and so on.It is effective measure against measles through first immunization age ahead properly,intensifying vaccinating children of the right age,strengthen the health care education and early diagnosis,treatment and isolation of measles patients.
