维、汉族冠心病患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇临床应用分析

Clinical application and significance of plasma level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol in Uyrurs and Hans with coronary heart disease

目的将维、汉族拟诊冠心病患者经冠状动脉造影术评定后分组,分析其低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度与冠脉病变程度的关系,用于进一步指导临床治疗。方法根据冠脉造影结果将拟诊冠心病的患者455例[其中维族(203例)、汉族(252例)]分为对照组(57例),轻度病变组(223例),中度病变组(85例)及重度病变组(90例),采用免疫透射比浊法测定其血浆LDL-C值进行多重分析比较。结果各组之间LDL-C水平有显著差异;LDL-C水平在维、汉族对照组、轻度病变组与其中度病变、中重病变组之间均有显著差别(P<0.05);维族患者除LDL-C外,其年龄在对照组与其他各组之间有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长、冠状动脉病变数量和程度的增加,LDL-C水平呈进行性升高,检测LDL-C可间接协助临床判断病变程度,并可对其进行危险分层、指导治疗。

Objective To evaluate and group Uyrur and Han patients with coronary heart disease by coronary arteriography,and to analyze the relationship between plasma level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDLC） and the severity of lesions in coronary artery of patients with coronary heart disease in order to guide their further treatment.Methods According to the results of coronary arteriography,a total of 455 patients suspected with coronary heart disease including Uyrurs（n=203） and Hans（n=252） were divided into four groups： control group（n=57）,mild lesion group（n=233）,moderate lesion group（n=85）and severe lesion group（n=90）.Plasma levels of low density lipoprotein cholestorol were examined by immuno-turbidimetry,then their results were multiplicately analyzed and compared.Results There was significant difference in plasma levels of LDLC among these groups.The difference was significant in plasma levels of LDLC among control group,mild lesion group,moderate lesion group and severe lesion group（P〈0.05）.Besides low density lipoprotein cholesterol,there was significant difference in age range of Uyur patients among control group and other groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Following the increase of age,the amount and severity of lesions in coronary artery are also increased.The plasma level of LDLC is progressively raised with the increase of age,and its detection can indirectly be helpful in evaluation of the degree of lesions and risk of patients,thus it may guide the treatment of patients.There is significant difference in plasma levels of LDLC between Uyrur and Han patients,and detection of plasma level of LDLC can be helpful in a certain degree for evaluating the severity of lesions in coronary artery,and it can also be beneficial in stratification of risks in these patients and it may guide the treatment for coronary heart disease.
