摘要
本文介绍了聚氨酯涂料对3PE防腐层管道补口的适用性，以及相关技术标准和工程规范。通过实地参观考察，了解了液体聚氨酯补口涂料生产工艺、补口工程设备的结构以及管道工程现场补口作业及质量检验程序等。
This paper introduces the applicability of polyurethane （PU） coating on the 3PE coated pipeline and the related technical standard and engineering specification. By site investigation in Europe, the visitors have the knowledge of the production process of the liquid PU field joint coating, the structure of field joint coating equipment as well as the field joint coating operation on the pipeline and the quality inspection procedures.
