摘要
目前国内管道防腐加工厂在生产中,通常采用直接接触式测量方法,即用测温笔测量中频加热后钢管表面的温度,而忽略非接触式测量方法,或误认非接触式测量方法不准确。针对这一现状,介绍了一种非接触式钢管中频加热温度的测量方法,与直接接触式测量方法进行了对比,讨论了影响非接触式钢管中频加热温度的测量方法准确性的因素,应用结果表明非接触式钢管中频加热温度的测量方法具有更高的准确性,与接触式测温配合使用、互为补充增强了测温的可靠性。
Generally direct- touching and un -touching are two methods in testing the steel pipess temperature during the coating production, the two methods have their advantages and disadvantages respectively, we could not rely on or exclude one of the two methods too much, we might make up of the two methods to get the true and precise temperature. One kind of un -touching method have been introduced, and compared with the direct - touching method, the impact factors in testing temperature have been discussed too, the application results showed that this kind of un - touching method can give us much more true and precise temperature of the steel pipe.
