高寒地区管道防腐保温预制工艺技术研究

Prefabrication Technology of Line Pipe Thermal Insulation in Cold Region

针对高寒地区管道保温的特点，设计了复合保温管道新结构，研究了低温环境下防腐保温材料，－30℃低温下管道防腐保温预制技术，并成功应用到国家重点工程——中俄原油管道漠河一大庆输油管道。

In view of the characteristics of the pipeline thermal insulation in cold region, a new structure of composite thermal insulation of line pipe is designed and the special thermal insulation materi- al is developed for the lower＇temperature environment. The prefabrication technology of line pipe anti - corrosion and thermal insulation under -30 ℃ is developed and successfully applied into the state key project - Mohe to Daqing oil pipeline of the China- Russia crude oil transmission pipeline.
