佛山供电局电力电容器组故障的统计分析与防范对策 被引量:7

摘要 根据广东电网公司佛山供电局电力电容器组配置情况及近年来的故障记录数据,从设备结构形式、生产厂家自身故障率、设备损坏发生月份和设备所在变电站的电压等级等方面统计该供电局电力电容器组的各类故障所占比例。总结故障规律,其中电容变值、套管损坏和渗漏油是引起电力电容器组本体故障的主要原因,附属设备的故障主要是熔断器和避雷器故障。提出降低电力电容器组故障率的技术措施与运行管理对策:根据实际情况,合理分配分体式电容器组和集合式电容器组的数量,建议优先选用分体式电容器组;生产厂家和运行部门要努力提高电力电容器的生产水平和运行水平。 According to configuration of capacitors in Foshan Power Supply Bureau of Guagndong Power Grid Corporation as well as recorded data of fault in recent years, proportions of each kind of capacitor faults there are gathered in terms of equipment configuration, failure rate of manufacturer, the month in which equipment failures occur, voltage grade of the substation and what not. The failure rules are concluded: capacitor variate, casing failure and oil leakage are major reasons for capacitor bank faults, failures of accessories are generally existing in fuse protectors and arresters. Operation management strategies and technical measures for reducing failure rate of capacitor bank are presented as follows: split capacitor banks and integrated capacitor banks should be reasonably distributed, and it is suggested that the split capacitor banks are prefered; Manufacturers and operation department are required to promote the production and operation of power capacitors.
