摘要
结合潮州电厂2×1 000MW机组启动的实际情况,分析了影响机组冷态启动过程的主要因素,即:锅炉热态冲洗时间,蒸汽升温、升压速度和加负荷速度,机组启动参数选择及暖机控制,设备健康状况,启动过程安排及节点控制。针对这几个因素对1 000MW机组的启动运行方式进行优化,取得了较好的节能效果。
By combining actual startup of 2 x 1 000 MW units in Chaozhou Power plant, major causes influencing cold startup process of units are analyzed: hot washing time of boilers, steam temperature rise, boosting rate and rate of loading, parameter selection for unit startup and warming-up control, health of equipments, arrangement of startup procedure as well as node control. Starting mode and operational mode of 1 000 MW units are both optimized in line with factors mentioned above, and favorable affect of energy-saving has been attained.
