电力系统稳定器现场整定试验中的若干问题探讨

Discussion on Problems in Site Setting Test of Power System Stabilizer

针对广东省内各个电厂发电机组电力系统稳定器(power system stabilizer,PSS)现场整定试验出现的情况,探讨了PSS现场整定试验中PSS模型参数的选择问题、励磁系统的滞后特性及其参数整定问题、PSS的放大倍数及其解决措施问题和反调现象及其解决措施问题。强调PSS参数的现场整定非常重要,要高度重视现场参数整定出现的各种问题。

Aiming at problems in site setting test of power system stabilizer （PSS） of generating sets in each power plant in Guangdong province, the paper discusses selection of PSS model parameter, lag of excitation system and parameter setting, magnification of PSS and solutions, as well as counter-modulation and the measures.
