摘要
研究脱氢型室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶气泡生成影响因素,包括催化剂、交联剂和填料。催化剂用量和类型显著影响硅橡胶凝胶固化速度和发泡速度,进而影响硅橡胶的微观形态。随催化剂用量增加,产生气泡增多。交联剂用量增加,硅橡胶的凝胶时间变短,产生气泡增多。填料对硅橡胶气泡的产生也有一定影响。
The factors which affected the formation of bubble in dehydrogenated RTV silicone rubber were studied, including catalysts, crosslinking agent and filler. The amount and type of catalysts had significant effects on curing and foaming velocity of silicone rubber, and furthermore affected the morphology of silicon rubber. With increasing the dosage of catalyst, the amount of bubble raised. With increasing the dosage of crosslinking agent, the gel time of silicone rubber decreased, the amount of bubble increased. The effect of filler on the formation of bubble in silicone rubber was also studied.
