摘要
目的了解咸阳市三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。方法用半数致死量法测定三带喙库蚊幼虫对8种杀虫剂的LC50,并与省内其他地区及实验室品系进行比较。结果 DDT、敌敌畏、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威对咸阳市三带喙库蚊的LC50分别为0.227、51.682、0.056、0.033、0.0150、.004、19.550、18.906 mg/L。与近期测试最低值地区相比,抗性倍数为1.16~11.73,敌敌畏、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威对咸阳市三带喙库蚊的LC50均为最高水平。结论咸阳市三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂均产生抗药性,该地区三带喙库蚊防治应采取综合治理措施,以孳生地治理为主,化学治理宜采用复配杀虫剂。
Objective To learn the resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to insecticides in Xianyang City.Methods Media lethal dose method was used to detect the resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to eight insecticides.Results The LC50 to DDT,DDVP,permethrin,cypermethrin,β-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,biothion,propoxur were 0.227,51.682,0.056,0.033,0.015,0.004,19.550,18.906 mg/L respectively.Compared with minimum value in previous data,resistant ratio was from 1.16 to 11.73.Conclusion The resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Xianyang city has developed in varying degrees.Breeding place should be administered first in controlling Culex tritaeniorhynchus.Mixed insecticide should be used in chemical control.
