摘要 目的现场观察双效微生物灭蚊幼制剂灭蚊幼效果,探索适合灭蚊幼施药剂量及施药周期。方法随机确定实验区污水坑塘和对照区污水坑塘,按5 ml/m2加水稀释10倍,用电动喷雾器均匀喷洒在水面上,观察蚊幼密度。结果该制剂施药后1~20 d,灭蚊幼效果达100%,施药后30 d灭蚊幼效果仍达72.41%,通过数据分析,投药间隔以20 d为宜。结论双效微生物制剂灭蚊幼具有速效、持效之作用,是目前理想的现场灭蚊药物。 Objective To observe the efficacy of double microorganism against mosquito larvae,explore the suitable insecticides and application cycle for killing mosquito larvae.Methods Selecting a randomized experimental area sewage pit and controlling area sewage pit by 5ml/m2 of the liquid,diluted 10 times,even with an electric sprayers to spray on the surface of the water and observe the mosquito density.Results After spraying for 1-20 days,the effect of killing mosquito larvae was up to 100%.The killing rate was 72.41% after 30 days.By data analysis,it is suitable to spray insecticides with an interval of 20 days.Conclusion Double microorganism for killing mosquito larvae has instantaneous and lasting effect.It is an ideal insecticides for killing mosquito larvae.
