摘要
机床加工粗糙度是衡量机床加工精度的一个重要指标。本文通过粗糙度切削试验,分析讨论了车床主轴油膜减振支承对其加工粗糙度的影响。在不同的切削参数下,油膜减振支承对表面切削粗糙度有不同的影响。本文还叙述了主轴性能的评价问题。
The degree of roughness in lathe cutting process is an imcortant index in judging the precision degree of lathe cutting. This article analyses the influence of the support of oil film vibration damping of the main spindle on cutting degree of roughness through cutting test. With different cutting parameter, the influence is different. The article also deseribes the problem about evaluating the function of main spindles.
