2006-2008年杭州市男男性行为人群HIV与性行为监测结果分析

Analysis of the results of surveillance of HIV prevalence and sexual behavior changes among MSM in Hangzhou in 2006-2008

目的分析杭州市男男性行为人群(MSM)中HIV和性行为的变化情况,为在该人群中制定有针对性的干预策略提供依据。方法 2006-2008年在杭州市连续对MSM进行问卷调查及血清学检测,数据采用Epi Data进行录入,SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。结果 2006-2008年,分别调查了符合条件的MSM 443名、266名和823名,分别检测出HIV感染者8名、14名和68名,其中分别有4名、7名和50名感染者来自杭州以外地区。所调查MSM人群3年的HIV感染率分别为1.81%、5.26%和8.26%,呈上升趋势,经升降趋势检验,差异有统计学意义(z=4.68,P<0.0001)。近6个月及最近一次同性性行为中安全套使用率也呈逐年上升趋势。结论杭州市MSM人群中HIV感染情况已经相当严重,应当及时采取有效措施,重点加强对流动人口的干预,控制疫情在该人群中的进一步蔓延。

Objective To analyze HIV prevalence and sexual behavior changes among MSM in Hangzhou and provide scientific evidence for effective prevention and intervention. Methods MSM in Hangzhou were interviewed from 2006 to 2008, and data were entered by Epidata and analyzed by SPSS. Results A total of 443, 266 and 823 MSM were recruited in 3 respective years from 2006 to 2008. Of them 8, 14 and 68 were tested HIV positive, respectively, and 4, 7 and 50 were residents from areas outside Hangzhou. The HIV prevalence was 1.81%.5.26% and 8.26% in the 3 respective years, which revealed a statistically significant increase year by year （z=4.68, P~ 0. 0001）. The rate of condom use was also increased in the past 6 months,as well as in the last homosexual intercourse. Conclusion The HIV prevalence is serious among MSM in Hangzhou, and relevant interventions should be taken, especially for the mobile population.
