摘要
目的了解G6PD升高与地中海贫血的关系,探讨G6PD活性在地中海贫血(地贫)检测中的应用价值。方法用全自动生化仪器定量检测G6PD活性,分为正常组、G6PD升高组。用全自动血红蛋白电泳系统检测地中海贫血,用基因分型确诊地中海贫血。结果 G6PD活性升高组的血红蛋白电泳异常结果明显升高,经基因检测分析证实α地贫阳性率为90.4%,β地贫为72.6%。结论所有G6PD活性升高者,应高度怀疑地贫,对地中海贫血有辅助诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between increased G6PD and thalassemia,the value of G6PD activity in the detection of thalassemia.Methods G6PD activity of quantitative detection by automatic biochemical instrument,cases were divided into normal group and G6PD increased group,detection of thalassemia with automatic hemoglobin electrophoresis system,diagnosed with thalassemia genotyping.Results Abnormal hemoglobin electrophoresis of G6PD increased group was significantly higher.The genetic testing analysis confirmed that the α thalassemia positive rate was 90.4%,for the β thalassemia was 72.6%.Conclusion G6PD activity increased,should be highly suspected as thalassemia,and has diagnostic value of thalassemia.
