摘要
冠状动脉通常行走于心外膜下的结缔组织中,如果一段冠状动脉走行于心肌中,这束心肌纤维被称为心肌桥,行走于心肌桥下的冠状动脉被称为壁冠状动脉。尸检及冠状动脉造影检出率分别是15％～85％和0．51％～9％。
