摘要
本文运用动力学和热力学原理,分析了金属/铸型界面氧化反应机理,提出了剥离层形成的主要影响因素,对如何获得表面光洁的铸件提出了自己的看法。
In this paper the mechanism of the metal-mould interlacial oxdizing
reaction is studied by means of the priciple of the dynamics and the thermodynamics, The chief factors effecting on forming the peefing-off layer have been proposed here. Some viewpoints abowt how to provide smoother surfaces on the castings are given out.
