侧钻水平井完井技术研究与应用

Application of Sidetracked Horizontal Well Completion Techniques

针对侧钻水平井的特点,研制了适合5(1/2)in套管侧钻的悬挂筛管完井技术,以及适合7in套管侧钻的悬挂筛管顶部注水泥完井技术,并在胜利、冀东等油田60余口侧钻水平井上得到了成功应用,成为油田老区挖潜上产的重要手段。该技术的实施可有效保护油层,提高地层产能,并在降低完井成本和后期作业难度等方面起到了积极作用。针对胜利油田油藏地质特点,结合油田开发现状,对油田侧钻水平井的发展提出了合理化的建议。

In allusion to the characteristics of sidetracked horizontal wells,a technique of completion with suspended screen pipe was developed for 512in casings sidetracking,it was successfully deployed for 7in casings sidetracking in more than 60 sidetracked horizontal wells in Shengli Oilfield and Jidong Oilfield and it became an important means of tapping the potential and stimulation in matured wells.The technique can be used to effectively protect reservoirs and enhance productivity,and play an active role in reducing cost and the difficulty of operation at the late stage.In allusion to the reservoir geologic characters in Shengli Oilfield,a rational suggestion is put forward for the development of sidetracking horizontal well technique in combination with the production situations.
