英语专业学生运用多维策略记忆英语词汇的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 本研究以英语专业一年级学生为被试,以GRE英语词汇中的生词(经前测,学生均不能识别汉语意思的英文单词)为实验材料,采用实验室实验法,比较了多维英语单词记忆法、自由策略记忆法和机械记忆法对单词的中文释义的记忆效果。研究发现:从短期记忆效果看,多维英语单词记忆法和自由策略记忆法差异不显著,和机械记忆法差异显著;从长期记忆效果看,自由策略记忆法和机械记忆法差异不显著,而多维英语单词记忆法与其他两种记忆法差异极其显著。文章最后讨论了多维英语单词记忆法记忆英文单词的汉英线索提取机制的原则,步骤和广泛应用等问题。 In this study,first-year English majored students as subjects were tested to figure out the English words in GRE(the Chinese meaning of the English words are not recognized in the pre-test).Laboratory experiments were used to compare the multidimensional mnemonic method,free-strategy mnemonic method and mechanical mnemonic method.The results indicate that the multidimensional method has no significant differences with free-strategy mnemonic method on short-term memory effect,but differs a lot from mechanical mnemonic method;while from the long-term memory effect,the multidimensional English words mnemonic method and the other two have extremely significant differences.Finally,the paper gives a detailed discussion on the principles of the Chinese-English backward retrieval mechanism,the steps and wide applications of the multidimensional method.
