Ｇ Ｆ Ｐ作为一种全新的标记基因，在生物学的各研究领域得到了广泛的应用。本文概述了近年来来相关方面的研究进展和重要应用，以及尚存在的不足。
GFP was applied in molecular biology research more and more as a novel reporter gene.some related progresses and applications in recent years were summarized in this paper, but there are some problems we need to face.
