摘要
教师文化是教师参与教育生活的现实样式,教师发展是教师文化的创生与转变。在文化学视野中,教育生活是教师教育的大学校,文化创进是教师发展的基本路径,文化自主是推动教师发展的现实力量,象征空间重构是教师发展的隐性路径,文化生态是教师发展的自育机制。从专业建构走向文化创生是解决教师教育根本问题的重要策略。
Teacher culture is the realistic mode that teachers participate in the educational life,and the teachers' development is the creation and transfer of teacher culture.From the viewpoint of culture,educational life is a great school for teacher education,in which cultural creation is the fundamental way of teacher development,and cultural freeness is the actual force that promotes the teachers' development,and reconstruction of symbolic space is an explicit approach to teacher development,and cultural ecosystem is the self-culture mechanism.The development from the construction of majors to the creation of culture is the important strategy to solve the fundamental problem of teacher education.
