摘要
本文在分析起升机构制动过程的基础上,推导出起升机构下降制动时间和制动下滑距离的计算公式。通过实例计算,说明起升机构采用电力液压瓦块式制动器,存在制动下滑距离超标、严重影响起重机安全性能的问题,并且提出了限制和减小制动下滑距离的实用措施,供设计和老产品改造时选用。
In this paper the calculating formulas of drop braking time and braking slipping distance of hoisting mechanism are deduced on the basis of analysing the braking process of hoisting mechanism. Throughout calculation for practical problems, it is found that if the electric-hydraulic shoes brake is used, the bfaking slipping distance may be too long, so that it will severely affect the safety of crane. The author propose three kinds of practical method to limit and decrease the braking slipping distance with will be useful for designing new products and improve old machines.
