摘要
保利V座大厦主楼为钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,平面呈椭圆形。核心筒内外墙体采用全自动液压爬升模板技术与立体交叉式施工工艺相结合的施工方法,筒体竖向结构在不分流水段的情况下最快达到平均1层/2.5d的施工速度。结合具体工程实例,介绍了液压自动爬升模板的整体刚度大、密闭性好、操作方便、爬升速度快等特性;阐述了液压爬升模板系统的安装、爬升、拆卸等施工工艺,同时也分析了模板爬升及使用过程中的质量保证措施。
Poly V building is designed as elliptical plan with steel frame and reinforced concrete core tube structure. Combination methods of automatic hydraulic climbing formwork and alternated construction technology are adopted in the core tube wall construction. The average construction speed can reach 2.5 days per layer without dividing construction segment. Combining with concrete project, the authors introduce main characteristics of high integral rigidity, favorable leak tightness, convenient operation and fast climbing speed. Then they describe construction technology about system installation, climbing and dismantling of hydraulic self-climbing formwork, but also analyze the process of climbing and the quality assurance measures.
