摘要
以位于合肥的渡江战役纪念馆为工程背景,对其外悬挑巨型船头倾斜结构的模板支架方案进行研究。介绍了其工程特点与难点,针对该工程存在的外形高大,悬挑突出,模板支架承受水平推力较大等问题,提出了4种模板支架方案,从施工难度、施工工期、工程造价、安全性等方面,对各方案进行详细阐述,并对比分析了各自优劣性,工程模板支架方案的最终确定需综合考虑各项因素,最后对模板支架的搭设提出了合理化的施工建议。
Based on the Changjiang-crossing Campaign Memorial in Hefei city, formwork support programs of concrete structure in the giant bow-shape cantilever tilt position are studied. The characteristics and the difficulties of engineering are introduced. Based on the existed problems such as huge shape, large cantilever and big horizontal force, four programs are put forward and compared from construction difficulty, construction schedule, project cost, security and other aspects. Takeing into account every factors, the final program is determined. Some reasonable construction suggestions are finally invited.
