直角扣件钢管节点抗滑本构关系研究 被引量:7

摘要 进行了10个直角扣件连接节点的抗滑移试验研究,试验参数主要有:拧紧扭力矩的大小、新旧扣件的差异等。试验结果表明:螺栓的拧紧扭力矩对节点抗滑的初始刚度有较大影响;旧扣件在抗滑初始刚度上并不低于新扣件,但在后期刚度和承载力上却发生较大幅度降低。在试验基础上,采用Matlab软件,对试验结果进行回归分析,得到直角扣件钢管节点滑移-竖向力关系公式,为采用有限元进行整体承载力分析计算提供依据。最后针对试验结果和先行规范要求,提出了直角扣件在使用中的几点建议。 Ten right-angle fastener joint anti-slipping experiments were carried out and experiment factors such as tightening torque and new-old fastener differences were considered. The results show that the tightening torque of bolts has higher influence on initial stiffness of joint anti-slipping. And the initial anti-slipping stiffness of old and new fastener is similar, however, it reduces greatly on later stiffness and bearing capacity. Based on the test results, the regression constitutive equation for slipplng-load is obtained by software Matlab, which supplies reference for analysis and calculation of overall bearing capacity by finite element method. Due to the test results and current code, some effective measures are proposed in the end.
