岭澳核电站叠置现浇钢筋混凝土循环水管沟施工技术

摘要 岭澳核电站二期现浇钢筋混凝土循环水管沟采用双洞上下叠置的结构设计形式,施工难度较大。首先介绍了垂直施工缝和水平施工缝的设置及处理。本工程水管沟内表面模板采用所需半径的特优质刨光模板,外表面使用钢木组合大模板,重点介绍了进水管沟以及排水管沟模板的制作安装工艺。同时指出混凝土浇筑过程中需要采取必要的测温及养护措施,以有效控制温度裂缝的产生。该工程施工质量和防水性能满足设计要求。 The circulating water pipe ditch with cast-in-situ reinforced concrete in Ling' ao Nuclear Power Plant applies the structural type of overlaying, and its construction technology is difficult. The layout and treatment for vertical and horizontal construction joints are introduced firstly. For this engineering, high quality polishing formwork with necessary radius is used for inner formwork, and combination of steel and wood formwork is used for outer ones. The fabrication and installation technology of formwork for inlet and outlet pipe ditch are introduced in detail. It is pointed out that necessary temperature measuring and maintenance methods should be This engineering' s construction adopted during concrete pouring to control temperature cracks effectively quality and waterproof performance can meet design requirement.
