摘要
目的:研究贵州地方品种粗毛淫羊藿与黔岭淫羊藿中淫羊藿总黄酮(TFE)对化学药物诱导的痴呆小鼠模型学习记忆能力的影响,比较两种黔产淫羊藿TFE对小鼠学习记忆改善效果差异。方法:实验选用东莨菪碱、戊巴比妥、环磷酰胺3种化学药品分别复制出学习记忆损伤模型,按剂量1300,650mg·kg-1灌胃TFE14d,采用Morris水迷宫实验,以定位航行实验和空间探索能力为指标进行其行为学检测。结果:两种TFE均能改善东莨菪碱等3种化学药物致痴呆小鼠学习记忆能力,且呈量效依赖关系。粗毛淫羊藿比黔岭淫羊藿改善记忆能力效果更好一些。结论:两种黔产淫羊藿TFE可明显改善东莨菪碱、戊巴比妥、环磷酰胺3种化学药物所致的空间记忆障碍,其效果与脑复康效果接近。两种TFE作用差异明显,粗毛淫羊藿优于黔岭淫羊藿。提示ICA是TFE中增强记忆的主要物质基础;同时也提示除了ICA外,TFE中尚有其他改善学习记忆的有效成分。
Objective: Study on the ettect ot TFE in Eptmeatum acummatu and E.liptorrhizum in Guizhou to learning-memory impairment model mice induced by scopolamine chemical substances etc. Methods: To set up memory disorder mice by scopolamine, pentobarbital and cyclophosphamide were injecting intraperitoneal and by TFE of two species of 1 300,650 mg·kg^-1 × 14 d from the mice ig. The Morris Water Maze was used to check directional navigation experiments and space exploration experiments. Results: The two species of TFE have an obvious improved for three different memory disorder mice induced by scopolamine etc. and both of the 2 species of TFE showed concentration-response dependence.Among them,The effecf of improve the learning and memorizing ability in mice, the TFE of E. acuminatum is better. Conclusion : Both the TFE the 2 species of Epimedium in Guizhou could obviously improved of space leafing memory disorder by scopolamine, pentobarbital and cyclophosphamide. Their effect is similar with the Piracetam Tablets. E. acuminatum superior to E. leptorrhizum and there is great difference between them. The results suggest that the ICA is the main substance improve memory. Also hints, may be there's another bioactive components of improve memory except the ICA in TFE.
