摘要 采用多聚酶链 限制性片段长度多态性检测技术 ,对临床上可疑的胰腺炎和胰腺癌患者 ,经收集胰液进行K ras基因第 12位密码子突变检测 ,以诊断或鉴别诊断胰腺癌。结果在 2 2份胰液标本中 ,11例胰腺炎均无K ras基因突变 ;在 11例胰腺癌病例中有 9例 (81 2 % )含K In order to identify pancreatic cancer cases,the mutant at the 12th codon of K ras gene in the pancreatic juice from the doubtful patients with pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer were detected by nested PCR RFLP.No K ras gene mutant was detected out in the 11 specimens from the patients with pancreatitis,however,it was detected out in 9(81.2%) of the 11 specimens from those with pancreatic cancer.
