心理护理干预对严重眼外伤手术患者生活质量的影响

Impact of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of life of the surgical patients with severe eye injury

目的:探讨心理护理干预对严重眼外伤患者生活质量的影响。方法:将38例严重眼外伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组各19例,对照组给予常规药物治疗及护理,实验组在此基础上给予心理护理干预,并对两组患者的生活质量进行分析。结果:出院前实验组在焦虑评分、生存质量总评分、精神与心理评分方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),症状与视功能、身体机能、社会活动评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心理护理干预可明显减少患者心理焦虑、恐惧心理,提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective：To explore the impact of psychological nursing intervention on the quality of life of the surgical patients with severe eye injury.Methods： 38 surgical patients with severe eye injury were randomly divided into experimental and control groups（19 cases for each group）.The conventional medication and nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and psychological nursing intervention was applied to the patients in the experimental group based on conventional methods,and the quality of life of the patients was analyzed in the two groups.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of anxiety,the total scores of quality of life,the mental and psychological scores between the two groups before the patients were discharged from hospital（P0.01）;the comparison of symptoms and visual function,physical function and social activity scores was not significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion： The psychological nursing intervention can significantly alleviate the anxiety and fear of the patients with severe eye injury.
