网络舆情越来越引起人们的关注,特别是政府部门对网络是突发事件、重大事件的网络发帖、新闻跟帖等关注。基于此目前已经有网络舆情检测方面的系统出现。该文首先对现有的网络舆情检测系统进行概述,分析其不足,并重点介绍了基于并利用多种数据挖掘技术如何构建＂网络舆情智能检测与分析系统＂。

We pay more and more attention to network public sentiment.Especially,the government concerns the net post and net news of emergencies and important events.Then,the special systems for analysis network public sentiment exist.Firstly,this article analysis the systems of network public sentiment,and then finds out their shortages and study the correlative techniques.At last,this article introduces a new way to build a network public sentiment detecting and analysis system.
