摘要
随着3G时代到来,国内三大运营商由提供单一产品或多产品延伸至提供融合产品。"业务+终端"的模式打破了网络、业务和终端各自的边界,从一体化的视角收集用户需求,了解业务特性,规划产品或方案。本文分析家庭"第四屏"在打造运营商融合业务体系中的作用,并分析了其业务场景和技术实现方案。
With the application of 3G mobile communication, the three operators in China starts to change from providing a single product or multiple products to fusion products. The model of "Business + terminal" breaks the borders which belong to the network, business and terminal. From the perspective of integration, this model can collect user needs and understand the business characteristics while planning products or programs. This paper analyzes the role of family "fourth screen" during setting up the business integration for operators, and makes the analysis of its business scenarios and technology implement.
