摘要
针对所提出的一种主动控制节流气体润滑轴承,建立了轴承的动力学分析模型,并基于此模型设计了轴承系统的闭环控制器。最后对轴承系统的动态性能进行了实验研究和分析。结果表明,通过主动控制节流器对轴承压力的反馈控制。
Through combining surface restriction with active controlled restriction,a new gas lubricated journal bearing with active controlled restrictor is proposed. The general principle and bearing configuration are explained,the dynamic model of the bearing is established and the controller is designed in this paper. Based on these, the dynamic characteristics of the bearing is studied experimentally.Both theoretical and experimental results confirmed the good dynamic characteristics of the bearing through the active feed back controlling of bearing working pressure by the active controlled restrictor.
