摘要
用建立在铺层热胀效应和化学收缩效应基础上的层合板等效自由固化应变,来描述采用对称均衡铺层设计的复合材料构件的固化变形特征。在此基础上给出一种相对简单、快速的有限元计算模型,用于预测单曲面层合构件的固化变形趋向。
Equivalent free cure strain based on thermal expansion and chemical shrinkage of composites during cure is deduced to describe the characteristics of cure deformation of symmetrical/balanced laminates. A relatively simple and quick FE model to predict the cure deformation of curved laminates is presented. Examples of prediction are also given to evaluate the precision and effect of the methodology.
