提出了一种简便实用的尾焰电压检测方法，可直接测量建立于工件与测量板之间的尾焰电压信号。该信号能准确反映熔池小孔的状态。

An easy and practical detection method for efflux plasma voltage is put forward, which can directly measure the efflux plasma voltage signal established between work piece and measuring bar. This signal can accurately indicate the keyhole condition in melting bath.
