介绍一种8mm本振源的设计方案,并给出研制结果。1kHz处的相位噪声达到了-92dBc/Hz,杂散优于-60dBc;还具有体积小、重量轻等特点。
This paper describes a design of a 8mm local source and gives development results. This local source has phase noise of -92dBc/Hz at 1kHz and spurious of better than -60dBc. It also embraces features of small volume and light weight.
