Design of the General Instrumentation for Fault Detection of Tank Gear－boxes

介绍以80C198为核心机的便携式现场用检测仪。该仪器具有信号采集、预处理、时域及频域分析、同步锁相平均和故障诊断的功能。该仪器是历经4年的时间在对100多台变速箱振动信号进行分析的基础上研制成功的。实际使用表明，该仪器的准确率可达90％以上。

A kind of portable instrumentation for field using is introduced. The instrumentation is based on 80C198 mi-crocontroller, it has the functions of sampling, preliminary processing, time domain and trequency domain analyzing,synchronous averaging and faults diagnosis. It took us four yeare to engage the testing and analyzing of vibration signal of more than 100 gear-boxes to finish the design of the in-strumentation. According to the using in the field, it was proved that the rate of accuracy of the instrumentation was above 90%.
