It is pointed that some criteria of Linear Programming with optimal solution(s) presented by some publications are incomplete or incorrect.A correct criterion of Linear Programming with only optimal solution is given,and that with infinite many optimal solutions is also given.The validity of the criteria is tested and verified by an example.
