超高压烧结Si_3N_4陶瓷X射线衍射分析

XRay Aanlyses of Sintering Si 3N 4 Ceramic by Superhigh Pressure

对采用超高压烧结工艺，在不同烧结温度（保温时间均为２４０ｓ）下制作的Ｓｉ３Ｎ４陶瓷，用Ｘ射线衍射仪对其相结构变化进行了分析研究，发现超高压烧结的Ｓｉ３Ｎ４陶瓷可以在较低温度下瞬间完成从α相向β相的转变过程．

The Si 3N 4 ceramic was sintered by superhigh pressure method under different temperature and analyzied by the Xray diffraction technigue.The results show that the Si 3N 4 ceramic transforms promptly from α Si 3N 4 to β Si 3N 4 at 1 340℃.This transfomation temperature is lower than that of those obtained by other sintering methods.
