摘要
介绍了在一种自制的混合酸催化剂作用下,用氧化钙作脱水剂,采用索氏提取器将对羟基苯甲酸与正庚醇进行回流脱水直接酯化的新方法.应用该法,酯化反应时间缩短、酯收率提高,同时对反应的诸因素进行了考察,确定了最佳反应条件.
This paper describes a new method synthesis of n Heptyl p hydroxy benzoate from p hydroxy benzoic acid and n Heptylalcohol,and the experiment is carried out by the action of a kind of self preparation complex acid catalytic agent,the dehydration of calcium oxide and the direct esterification using Soxhelt extraction apparatus.In this method,the esterification reaction time is shortened,and the yield is raised.The effects of varrious factors on the reaction yields are examined and the best reaction conditions are found out.
