摘要
考虑碱基对梯阶之间的非紧邻相互作用,提出了预测 B D N A 局部弯曲的经验规则.对40 个四联体计算了描述连续碱基对平面方位的角参数(Ω,ρ和 τ),这成为预测的基础.将局部弯曲的预测结果与对应的实验数据作了比较.从发生在 D N A 相对股的相邻嘌呤之间的嘌呤嘌呤障碍和大沟。
The empirical rules,which take into account the non neighbor interactions between the base pair steps,have been presented to predict the local bending of B DNA.The angular parameters ( Ω,ρ and τ) describing the orientation of successive base pair planes have been calculated for forty tetramers,which provides the basis of the prediction.The predictions on the local bending have been compared with the corresponding experimental data.The results are elucidated based on the purine purine clashes that can occur between neighboring purines on opposite strands of DNA and the steric clashes of large exocyclic groups in the major and minor grooves.
